The staff at the reception desk and concierge were very polite and welcoming. I enjoyed the cozy decor of the room. - the hotel is located not far from Luohu and in one of the cleanest areas.

I was offered a room with pleasant views over the sea of shimmering highrises that make up this part of Shenzhen. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great. The services were nice, including fine breakfasts and free parking if needed.

the hotel's location was marvellous, next to a local metro station and a taxi and restaurant. we got room with cozy decor and a spacious bathroom to relax.

The hotel is located in a quiet, mostly residential area not far from the airport and attractions in Shenzhen. the rooms are brand-new, nicely decorated, and located on the higher floors. - the breakfast offered a wide array of choices and was very good. - the hotel provides excellent service in a quiet atmosphere.

No IHG club points received after I was told I would get 1000 per night , I even upgraded.to the executive suite. Don't book through a 2rd party hotel booking site.

Airconditioning was a little weak and noisy

We had a really comfortable stay at this hotel in the Nanshan area. The staff here are so helpful and polite, and they even upgraded our room. The location is great too, with some Indian halal restaurants nearby. We also loved being able to cook our own food in the kitchenette of our upgraded suite.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The service, location, and amenities were outstanding.

The prevailing rate for rmb to sing dollar was 4.82 . the rate used for my mastercard was 5% less.staff to me this is cheating blamed it on bank of china.

Staff were helpful and gone out of their way to upgrade our room and allowed extension of check out time.

Booking an executive room gives a lot of benefits: There is always free coffee, there is free drinks and snacks from 17.00 to 19.30 (also wines), you can check-out until 16.00 o'clock, free cloths washing.

Clean and comfortable hotel with a great breakfast selection. I enjoyed the two different firmness of pillows in my room. The breakfast had a variety of options, including two types of bacon. There were also good street food and restaurants in the area. I'll recommend this hotel.
